1.1 Climbing gym catalog (all countries except Chile): OpenStreetMap
Contains information from OpenStreetMap, which is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0.

The gym catalog bundled with the app (files src/data/gymCatalog/*.json, one per country) is a Derivative Database of OpenStreetMap and is offered under the ODbL v1.0 at: https://vulcanoedicionessa.github.io/boulder-tracker-legal/datos/. The Boulder Tracker app itself (code and interface) is a separate work and is not licensed under the ODbL. Data may be incomplete or out of date; anyone can correct it at https://www.openstreetmap.org.
1.2 Chilean gym catalog
Compiled by BClabs from publicly available information about each gym (name, address, website, social networks, schedules). It is preliminary and unverified, and it does not include personal email addresses or mobile numbers. Gym names and marks belong to their owners; their appearance in the catalog does not imply any relationship with them. To request a correction or removal, write to vulcanoedicionessa@gmail.com with the gym name and what must change; we reply within 10 business days and the change is published in the next app version. Data already stored on users' devices cannot be erased remotely.

5. Services subject to their own terms
Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob and User Messaging Platform; Google Sign-In and Google Drive API (use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements); Google Play Billing; RevenueCat. Reverse geocoding uses the Android system service (Google) only when you ask the app to detect your location.

7. Copyright and trademark claims
If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, write to vulcanoedicionessa@gmail.com with: your name and contact details; the protected work or mark; where it appears in the app; a statement in good faith that the use is not authorized and that the information is accurate; and your signature. We will remove or correct infringing content without delay.
Maintenance
Before each release: (1) re-read package.json and node_modules/*/package.json for versions and licenses; (2) regenerate the license inventory (for example with a license-checker tool over the production tree) and the native (Gradle) inventory; (3) confirm the ODbL catalog URL is published; (4) update this file, docs/legal/avisos-de-terceros.md and the app's licenses screen texts (docs/legal/review/08-textos-licencias-app.json).
