- No vendemos tus datos.

Strongix privacy policy
Version 2026-10-05 · Last updated: October 5, 2026
Controller: bclabs — Cristian Felipe Castro Ponce — vulcanoedicionessa@gmail.com
In short
- Strongix has no accounts and does not send your profile, workouts or history to any server. Everything stays on your device.
- The Basic version shows ads (Google AdMob). Premium is a monthly subscription handled by Google Play (or the App Store) and RevenueCat.
- You can delete all your data in More → Preferences → Data and backup.
- We do not sell your data.
1. Data stored only on your device
Name (optional), age, weight, height, level, injuries or limitations (optional), goal, place and equipment, preferred days and duration, plans, strength and cardio sessions (sets, loads, effort, notes, distance), your preferences (theme, language, units, reminders) and a record that you accepted the Terms (version and date). It is stored in a local database and never leaves your device unless you export or share a file (CSV/JSON or backup) through the system share sheet. Strongix does not use your location, contacts, photos or sensors. Injuries or limitations only adjust suggestions and are not a medical assessment. Plan recommendations are computed on your device with fixed rules; there are no automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Because this data is not sent to any server, the controller has no access to it and cannot recover it. Health data (for example, injuries or limitations) is typed by you, is optional, and stays on your device.
2. Ads (Basic version)
We use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device data and ad interaction data, and share it with third parties to serve ads and measure performance. Strongix does not give AdMob your profile, injuries or history. No ads are shown during a workout, rest or timer, on first use, or with Premium. - Legal basis: your consent, requested with Google's form (UMP) in the European Economic Area, the UK and other regions that require it. You can change or withdraw it in More → Preferences → Data and backup → Ad privacy, and in the ad settings of your Google account/device. - More information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
3. Purchases (Premium)
The subscription is billed and managed by Google Play (or the App Store). We use RevenueCat to check that your subscription is active: RevenueCat receives an anonymous customer ID and purchase data (product, date, status), but not your training data. We do not see or store your payment method. - Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing Premium features) and legitimate interest in preventing fraud. - You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. - More information: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
4. Permissions
- Notifications (if you turn on reminders or rest-end alerts).
- Vibration and device restart (to reschedule reminders). We do not use exact alarms or location.
5. Who receives data
Only the providers listed (Google/AdMob and RevenueCat), which act under their own policies and, for RevenueCat, as a processor. We do not sell personal data or use it to build our own profiles. We may disclose information if required by law or by a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Google and RevenueCat may process data outside your country, including the United States, under the safeguards each provider describes in its policies (for example, standard contractual clauses or adequacy frameworks).
7. Retention
Local data is kept until you delete it in the app or uninstall Strongix. Data processed by Google/AdMob and RevenueCat is kept under their policies. If you write to us, we keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights and how to use them
- In the app: view and edit your data, export it, delete your history or delete all data (More → Preferences → Data and backup).
- With us: because we keep no server copy, we hold no data of yours to access, correct or erase; if you believe otherwise, write to vulcanoedicionessa@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
- With AdMob/RevenueCat: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability directly with them.
- If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK you may complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, we do not sell personal information; you can limit personalised ads in your device's Google settings.
9. Security
Local data is protected by the operating system's app isolation. Backups and exports you create are unencrypted files in the place you choose: protect them yourself. No system is infallible; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
Strongix is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child uses it without permission, write to us.
11. Health notice
Strongix is general training guidance and does not replace advice from a health or training professional. Talk to a professional before starting if you have health concerns, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest tightness.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the version and date and, where the change is material, tell you in the app before it applies.
